Why it works: the signature uses inline styles and a table layout for reliable rendering across Outlook desktop, Outlook on the web and Microsoft 365.
One last step
After copying the signature above, follow the instructions for the version of Outlook you use.
Select Settings in Outlook.
Go to Accounts → Signatures.
Select Add signature, give it a name, then paste.
Choose when it should appear and select Save.
Open a New Email.
Choose Message → Signature → Signatures.
Select New, name it, then paste into the editor.
Set your defaults, then select Save and OK.
Open Outlook → Settings.
Under Mail, choose Signatures.
Add a signature, give it a name, then paste.
Choose the account and set it as the default.
